About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated CNC operator who wants to work in a team where precision, quality, and pace go hand in hand. You will be working with programming, monitoring, and operating CNC machines, ensuring that the products meet the required dimensions and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting CNC machines
• Setting up and rigging machines for new runs
• Measuring and inspecting parts according to drawings
• Working according to quality and safety standards
• Identifying and solving minor operational disturbances
• Documentation of runs and quality controls

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a CNC operator or relevant education
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Has a good understanding of measurement technology
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team

Meritorious:

• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or Mazak
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses
• Experience in machining metal or plastic
